One of the ways Interclypse performs its mission to have a positive transformational impact on society, community, industry, and individuals is as a Sustaining Partner of [Exerceo's](https://exerceo.org/) [Cybersecurity](https://exerceo.org/cybersecurity.php), [Software Development](https://exerceo.org/software-development.php), and [DevOps](https://exerceo.org/devops.php) working groups. In addition to being a sustaining sponsor, Interclypse uses Exerceo's process of [Cultivation](https://cultivation.exerceo.org/) (click to learn more [here](https://cultivation.exerceo.org/)) to empower our employees and company. As a sustaining sponsor, Interclypse annually provides a significant portion of the support required to keep the working groups functional. Interclypse is proud to contribute toward Exerceo’s ability to inspire learning for more than one hundred candidates at no charge to the candidates annually. For more detailed [statistics](https://exerceo.org/statistics.php) please review Exerceo’s statistics page [<here>](https://exerceo.org/statistics.php).
