Achieving success in software projects hinges on the ability to create a detailed roadmap from inception to completion. While it's common for teams to grasp the individual outputs and technical deliverables, understanding how they fit together to accomplish the desired outcome is often lacking.

Key to success: Break down your project into manageable, demonstrable sub-outcomes with a high-level roadmap and timelines. Aim for short iterations (1 month to 1 quarter) to quickly identify and rectify any issues before they derail the project.
